Radiology Scheduler Bot

This is an example bot that helps schedule MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray and other image scanning appointments. You can chat with the bot in the lower right corner.

This bot can be integrated with your phone system or website to handle patients that need to schedule an imaging appointment.

It will ask the caller for a customized list of basic Profile Information. The demo will ask for:

• Name
• Phone number
• Date of Birth

It then asks information related to the appointment including image specific questions:

• Type of Scan (MRI, X-Ray, CT Scan, Mammogram)
• Do you have implants
• Are you claustrophobic

Information is then submitted to a spreadsheet, call logging system or your RIS platform.
